Dr. Ernst DDS Fees, Payments & Insurance

		Fees and Payments Payment is expected when services are rendered. If treatment will require several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to make arrangements with our business staff. In addition to checks and cash, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We offer a 5% discount for payment in full on services exceeding $300.00. In addition, we offer a 5% Senior Citizen (Age 65+) on any services in the office. Insurance Our office does NOT accept reimbursement from insurance companies as payment for services rendered in our office. We will issue any patient with insurance a completed generic claim form to assist you in obtaining your reimbursement from your insurance company.
